INDIAN CHEMICAL COUNCIL (ICC) — founded in 1938, is engaged in the development and promotion of the chemical industry in India. Supports and promotes all industries through various events, trainings, awards and public recognitions, policy recommendations and other useful activities.

NICER GLOBE — provides the chemical industry with globally recognized standards, infrastructure and services for safe and reliable transportation. Ensures personnel safety, transport and distribution reliability, and chemical emergency response.

RUSSIAN CHEMISTS UNION (RCU) — the largest industry association of the chemical business, a non-profit organization that unites chemical enterprises, industry research, design and educational institutes, chemical unions and associations, vertically integrated structures.

Mr. Sothi Selvam Dhandapani has joined ICC as director general with effect from 1st June 2021. He has been a senior business leader with global board level experience in diverse businesses in the areas of petroleum and synthetic lubricants, petroleum fuels and specialties, industrial packaging, leather chemicals, refinery and oil field services, logistics, travel and vacations and engineering and projects.

He has served as executive director of Indian Oil Corporation Limited and has been director on board of large and reputed orginasations like Balmer Lawrie& Company Limied, Avi Oil India Private Limited, Balmer Lawrie Vam Leer Limited, Sri lanka, Proseal Closures Limited and PT Balmer Lawrie, Indonesia.

Mr. Shanker Kuppuswamy, CEO, NICER GLOBE. Winner of the most prestigious award in BP Human Energy. Recipient of IRTE – Prince Michael Road Safety Awards in 2003, 2005 & 2010.
